EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION by February 15th: $350 off total price.

For Double occupancy, participants must arrange shared room with a friend/family member ahead of time and let us know. Double price is per person.

Booking

A $750 non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Payment is full is due by March 15th, 2025. Payment plans are available prior to this time. Cancellations after March 15th are non refundable. (You will owe the full price).

We recommend travel / cancellation insurance for protection if anything comes up, as the cancellation policy is non negotiable.
