How Adult Therapy Works at Rooted Rhythm

1. Consult & Initial Intake Session

We begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you find the right-fit therapist. Your journey then starts with a 50-minute intake session where we get to know you, explore your goals, and begin crafting a personalized path forward.

2. Weekly Individual Therapy (or Biweekly)

You’ll meet with your Rooted Rhythm therapist for weekly or biweekly 50-minute sessions. Whether you're looking for short-term support or longer-term healing, we tailor therapy to your unique experiences, goals, and pace.

3. Collaborative & Person-Led Process

We see you as the expert in your own life. Our job is to offer support, insight, and tools—not to direct or diagnose. Therapy is a co-created space where your voice leads, and where growth is built on mutual respect and trust.

4. Specialized Support When You Need It

We welcome clients from all walks of life. Many of our therapists have advanced training in supporting sensitive nervous systems, neurodivergence, trauma recovery, and identity exploration.
